FRP FIBREGLASS ROLLERS
The fiberglass rollers are made of high-strength materials, making them durable and easy to clean with acetone. They are designed to ensure thorough saturation without damaging the glass fibers. The grooves and fins on the rollers are specially designed to eliminate air and resin pockets.
When choosing FRP fiberglass roller, consider the following factors:
Type of surface: Different rollers are designed for different surfaces. For example, barrel rollers are ideal for flat surfaces, while corner rollers are designed for concave surfaces and filets where flat rollers are not effective.
Size of the area: Economy rollers are low-cost rollers that are great for small areas and tight spots.
Type of reinforcement: Bristle rollers work well in knitted/unidirectional fibers when air pockets can form. They are also good in skin coats and for removing air from tight spots.
Pressure required: Aluminum rollers are recommended when increased pressure is needed, particularly on large applications.
Ease of use: Quick-release aluminium rollers are the industry standard and are easy to clean with acetone.
