Automotive

GM Oshawa Battery Plant: Maintained exhaust systems for the charging of batteries, acid tanks, Packaging equipment dispensing sulfuric and other corrosive acids and chemicals. supplied energy analysis for in FRP Duct Work. Yearly savings of $250,000.00

GM Truck Plant: Designed and built replacement parts for a fleet of 600 AVG vehicles

AG Simpsons: Maintained over 80 plating tanks used in the production of high volume automotive bumpers. Equipment handled sulfuric acid, alkaline solutions, nickel plating solutions, chromic acids, and de-ionized water. Plus servicing of industrial waste water treatment. Designed and built high amperage DC isolation insulators (over 1000 amps)

Nuclear Industry:  Supplied FRP process equipment including repair and modification services to existing equipment. N.E.W. classified.

Municipal Waste and Water Treatment: Installed and repaired existing waste water treatment FRP piping and duct work. Custom FRP Cabinets for water treatment plant.

Fiberglass Tanks:  Over the years we have supplied hundreds of fibreglass tanks.  To a varitey of different industries. 

Industrial Repair Services:

We offer onsite Fiberglass repair service to industrial equipment. Rayplex engineered modifications to existing equipment. Tanks and duct work repairs plus sump pits.

Fiberglass Product Inspection:

We offer onsite fiberglass inspection service to industrial equipment.

Design and Development:

We also offer fiberglass design and product development.  Over the years we have built hundreds of products from scratch.
